HOTEL LA VILLA CANNES, Cannes – A Smart Stay in the City

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The Romantic rooms at the far end of the main street were cozy and had a private terrace with a direct access to the swimming pool. The breakfast, though extra, was ample, and the room was comfortable with a spacious bathroom. The screens around the bath, however, didn't prevent water from wetting the floor during showers.

The hotel is a hidden gem nestled in a small but beautiful garden by the lovely pool, just minutes away from the Croisette. While the room felt a bit cramped like a cupboard, the exceptional service exceeded our expectations with professional, polite, and delightful staff. The location is a great mix of quiet street charm close to the promenade, and the dining experience, although with limited options, offered homemade delights. Overall, a charming stay with a few minor quirks.

The rooms are beautifully designed with big beds and contemporary bathrooms, though being in the basement may not suit everyone. The service is exceptional, with approachable and friendly staff who go the extra mile, providing rides and great hospitality. The hotel's prime spot close to La Croisette makes it ideal for exploring Cannes. The dining experience is enjoyable, particularly by the swimming pool, but can be a tad expensive. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
